Serenity Personal Care Services LLC was founded by Nicola Dwyer, LPN, a healthcare professional with more than 18 years of healthcare experience, including 14 years of nursing experience.

Throughout her career, Nicola has served in both hands-on clinical and leadership roles ,including as an LPN Supervisor and Coordinator, as well as a nurse caring for adult and pediatric patients, individuals requiring tracheostomy and ventilator support, hospice patients, and clients receiving care in their homes.

Working so closely with patients and families gave Nicola a unique understanding of what happens beyond the walls of a hospital or healthcare facility. She saw firsthand how important itis for individuals to have dependable support at home and how much families rely on caregivers they can genuinely trust.

She also learned that exceptional care is about more than meeting someone's physical needs. It is about listening, preserving dignity, encouraging independence, providing companionship, and treating every individual with patience and respect.

Those experiences became the foundation for Serenity Personal Care Services LLC.

Serenity was created to provide individuals and families with compassionate, dependable, non-medical support that helps people remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in the place they call home.

Our services may include companionship, personal care assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, safety supervision, errands, transportation assistance, and other everyday support tailored to the needs of each client.
